Standard models have Free Shipping for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are excluded. Remote-area addresses require a quotation and are not covered by the standard free-shipping offer. Other countries and custom projects require a quotation before ordering.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HZD website and store at www.hzdisplayusa.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). HZD is the storefront of HZD DISPLAY CABINET INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting the site, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, processing, or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls. If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Refund Policy regarding returns, transit damage, quality defects, customized products, or warranty, the Refund Policy controls on those points.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by HZD DISPLAY CABINET INC, a United States company. HZD is the brand used on this store.

2. The Services

We sell standard-model jewelry display cabinets and customized projects. Standard models offered for direct purchase can be ordered in the configuration and at the price shown on the product page and at checkout. Changes to dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting, branding, or other specifications require a custom-order inquiry and a separate quotation. Custom options are not included in a standard-model purchase unless expressly selected and priced.

3. Quotes, orders, and customization

For standard-model purchases, review the listed configuration and delivery details, then place and pay for the order through checkout. A separate quotation or CAD drawing approval is not a prerequisite for purchasing the listed standard configuration. For customized orders, our usual process is: (1) confirm your requirements (size, design, materials, colors, functions, and quantity); (2) provide CAD drawings or renderings for your approval; (3) issue the official quotation; (4) receive the agreed deposit and begin production; (5) provide photos and/or videos for final inspection before shipment.

Each custom-order quotation states its validity period, typically 15–30 days. Customized products are produced according to the drawings and specifications approved by you; please review them carefully before approval. Standard-model orders follow the configuration listed at purchase. Cancellation, returns, transit damage, defects, and warranty are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory rights.

We support standard-model, small-batch, and project-based orders. Minimum order quantity for direct purchases is as listed on the product page; for customized projects it is confirmed in the quotation.

4. Payment

For standard-model online purchases, the amount shown at checkout is payable using the payment methods available there. The following quoted payment arrangements apply to customized orders only. Unless a quotation states otherwise, payment terms are 40% deposit and 60% balance, or 50% deposit and 50% balance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance (including cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer where that channel supports them) and T/T bank transfer. A formal quotation and invoice are provided for your confirmation before payment.

Title to goods remains with us until the agreed amounts are paid. We may delay production or dispatch if a payment is incomplete or cannot be verified.

5. Shipping

Shipping methods, lead times, trade terms, packaging, tracking, and inspection on arrival are described in our Shipping Policy. Standard-model production time is 7–15 days after payment and confirmation of the listed order details. This is production time only and excludes shipping and transit time. The production schedule for customized or large projects is confirmed separately in the written quotation. We mainly ship by sea (fast boat or standard vessel), with air freight and courier available for samples and spare parts. DDP door-to-door and EXW factory pickup are available as quoted. Cabinets ship fully assembled in plywood export cases. Direct online checkout is currently available only for eligible delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. Customers in other countries should use the custom-order inquiry option to request a quotation. Shipping for custom projects and other destinations is confirmed in the quotation.

6. Returns, defects, and warranty

All display cabinets—catalog models and custom projects—are made to order. Once production has started, the order is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please inspect goods on receipt. If cabinets are damaged in transit, send photos and videos of the damage and outer packaging within 7 days of delivery. Compensation is based on actual repair cost, as stated in the Refund Policy.

We provide a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Free replacement parts are provided during the warranty period if a quality issue occurs. Lighting components (LED strips and power adapters) are covered. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Website use

You may use the Services only for lawful business or personal purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that burdens the Services, or submit false order or payment information. Product images, drawings, and copy on the site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for competing commercial use without permission.

CAD drawings, renderings, and quotations we prepare for you remain our intellectual property until an order is placed on those drawings, except where a written agreement says otherwise. You may use approved drawings to complete the related HZD order.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or from delay in production or transit, except where such limitation is not allowed. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new orders and new use of the site. Confirmed quotations and paid orders remain subject to the Terms and quotation in effect when that order was accepted, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, the use of the Services, and transactions completed through this website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Applicable laws may include, where relevant, the Wyoming Uniform Commercial Code, including Article 2 governing sales of goods (W.S. Title 34.1); the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act (W.S. 40-12-101 through 40-12-114); the Wyoming Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (W.S. 40-21-101 through 40-21-119); and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or a transaction through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent state courts in Wyoming or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, as applicable. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
