Shipping policy
Standard models have Free Shipping for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are excluded. Remote-area addresses require a quotation and are not covered by the standard free-shipping offer. Other countries and custom projects require a quotation before ordering.

HZD Jewelry Showcase is operated by HZD DISPLAY CABINET INC. Standard models can be purchased directly in the configuration listed on the product page. Customized projects require a written quotation and approval of a design drawing, rendering, or final specifications before production.
1. Production and transit time
Standard-model production normally takes 7–15 business days after payment and confirmation of the listed order details. Standard orders do not require pre-production drawing approval. Production time is separate from transit time.
Sea transit for eligible U.S. standard orders is typically approximately 6–8 weeks after dispatch. Actual transit time may vary because of carrier schedules, customs processing, weather, port conditions, and destination access. Customized and larger-project schedules are confirmed separately in the written quotation.
2. Shipping coverage and methods
Direct online checkout is currently available only for eligible delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. Customers in other countries should use the custom-order inquiry option so that we can confirm the route, freight, customs handling, delivery point, and schedule.
Our production facility is in Jinxi County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China. Available methods may include sea freight, air freight, courier service, or customer-arranged factory pickup. The agreed method and handover details are confirmed with the order.
3. Import duties and customs clearance
For eligible contiguous-U.S. standard orders completed through online checkout, import duties, customs clearance, and the standard customs-related destination charges are included. This statement does not describe state or local sales tax treatment at checkout. Remote-area service, storage, redelivery caused by failed access, and services outside the confirmed delivery scope are not included unless agreed in writing.
For custom projects and other destinations, the included duties, taxes, customs services, and destination charges are stated in the written quotation.
4. Delivery, unloading, and ready-to-use setup
Eligible standard orders are delivered and unloaded at an agreed accessible point at or near the delivery address. The customer must provide accurate access information and ensure that the unloading point can safely receive the shipment.
Most standard cabinets are delivered fully assembled and ready to use. The customer is responsible for moving the cabinet from the agreed unloading point to its final indoor position and connecting the power. On-site labor for stairs, elevators, restricted access, construction, anchoring, joining multiple cabinets, or additional electrical work is not included unless confirmed in writing.
Oversized, modular, wall-mounted, or complete-store projects may have different positioning or installation requirements. Their delivery and installation scope is confirmed in the quotation before production.
5. Packing, tracking, and delays
Cabinets are securely packed for commercial freight. Tracking information or freight documents will be provided when available for the selected shipping method. Transit estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, customs processing, weather, port conditions, and destination access.
6. Transit damage
Inspect the cabinet and packaging upon delivery. Where possible, record visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, retain the packaging, and contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos of the cabinet and packaging, the waybill or bill of lading number, and a description of the damage.
